Since my first independent research in AI and PC strategy (1983) at C-level with the Bank of France, I have initiated and championed projects & strategic opportunities from inception through operational management. This has led to HMHmmmmm Limited, a new Industry 4.0 research, strategy & governance, risk management, animation, games & space technology enterprise.
I collaborate & communicate with stakeholders, to develop (r)evolutionary, agile, business strategies. I develop and mentor people, building consensus. I guide from expertise and experience, earning customer, and team, respect & loyalty, building positive dynamics & creating business value.
I lead teams across time zones, geographies, cultures, and organizations. I have global experience living, working, and leading teams, in Europe (Ireland, UK, Belgium, Luxembourg, France & The Netherlands), the USA (Boston, Seattle, San Francisco & Silicon Valley), India, Japan, China, and Brazil. I speak fluent French, and business Dutch/Flemish.
